Herts Air Ambulance

Did a 5k run today to raise funds for Herts Air Ambulance. It gets no government or lottery funding and costs £130,000 according to the announcer. Any way it was wet and miserable and very windy, so it is a good job it was for a good cause or I may not have bothered. Taken all day to warm up.
