Cats & Big Mouse

This is Big Mouse who Mac brings to me as a gift - along with a big meow - each night! This weekend he's been coming to terms with the idea that he's not the only cat in the world and trying to share a house (not mine) with Batman - Jule's cat. They've done very well. It's been fascinating to watch them pace around each other and fight for their territory.

Arrive back in Cov at 5.30 (delayed by a road accident) and have an hour and a half to prepare melon and parma ham, lamb, lentils and beans, salad and new potatoes and an apple tart tatin. Dominic, Denise and Hamish arrive at 7pm and demolish it ... success! Phew! Good end to a nice weekend.
