Backblipped on 27th September

Glorious day here - fab sleep, great breakfast and then off exploring.

Headed off to Loe Pool just down the coast from Porthleven.

Lovely and tranquil walking round the lake (the largest freshwater one in Cornwall if you're interested!) and whilst we didn?t spot any of the wildfowl we were supposed to, we did spot a couple of beasties and some pretty flowers along the way.

Halfway round you hit the sea at Loe Bar which Bill thoroughly enjoyed - he was constantly on the lookout!

Then off to Porthleven for a spot of lunch, though had to be a sandwich as no pasty shops open on a Sunday :-(

Followed by a wee flask of coffee on Paar Sands with Bill keenly watching the surfers out and about.

Thought you might like this fun shot though - not the best picture - but another first - a Stewart family portrait!

You can see Bill is sporting the beach hair look - I so wish he'd been stripped before coming away - he's a scruffy, salty, sandy, wet ball of fur now!
