Maths anyone?

Our Grandson came for the afternoon, he did his Homework here. Here is the page he had to do. Fractions!! We thought that in a Metric country that they were obsolete, but no. Can you do any of them? The Germans use a dot as the multiplication sign.
After that we helped him with his English Homework, that was fun!! He knows all the Grammar and correct punctuation, something that is sadly lacking in England! We realise now what a complicated language English is, but he enjoys learing it and that is half the battle.
