Spinning

Here I am sitting on my bike waiting to start the Spinning class. My daughter booked me in to this heavy duty exercise session with her today. Why don't daughters realise their mums are getting older?
About 30years ago I remember asking my dad if he wanted to play squash with me. He had played Fives at school and squash was a similar game so I thought he would jump at the chance to run around a court. He replied, did I want him to have a heart attack as he was in his 70s. So perhaps non of us like or want to admit our parents are getting old.......actually I don't like getting old either!!
