Stick Swallower

One of Cousteau's many guilty pleasures is stick swallowing. It doesn't matter how much we feed him, or how often we tell him not to, he loves eating sticks.

Doesn't sound like much of a problem and most of the time it's not, however occasionally he over indulges, or we fail to remove the offending stick before he has eaten too much of it. When this happens he inevitably throws up the sticks on the carpet after we have gone to sleep. Not the nicest thing to wake up to.

The other guilty part of his stick fetish, is that he likes nothing more than to steal another dog's stick while out walking. This can get very embarrassing as he generally runs around the other dog parading the ill gotten gains, and prancing like a show pony.

He gets most of his walks on a beach strewn with sticks, the rest in a forest, I guess he was always going to develop stick affinity.
