This is an installation at the top of the banking district. It is part of a public art festival in Sydney at the moment (there are a lot of great photos on flags on light poles and an exhibition on grate tarpaulins strung between trees in Hyde Park).

I noticed that the pedals of this are solar panels. If it starts moving, I'll go back with my tripod and catch that.
