A special visitor.

Today Robbie came to visit - he had just woken up but as you can see he is very cheerful.

He is wearing a little jumper I knitted for him and can now, just, sit up but is still a little wobbly. He is almost 6 months old.

I haven't done babies before and don't normally coo madly over them but even though he is not mine I think this one is rather special!

He was born in April in the very first week of my blips, the same week as my mother in law's funeral.

In the midst of death is life and this is a precious one.
