Cranberry Queen Cakes

My children wanted me to make them some cakes today. I was very busy but agreed, on one condition... I could choose the flavour!

Hence, I made these cranberry queen cakes with vanilla frosting and cranberries on top, NOT chocolate cupcakes. Now I love chocolate cake as much as the next person, but just occasionally, it's nice to make something different!
