A sneak preview ....

I treated myself to a copy of Nigel Slater's latest book, Tender, vol II,. It arrived through the post today and I've only had time to flick through the pages, taunted by the recipes and photos as well as the author's delicious narrative.

As you can tell I'm a Slater fan!
