Cadix art route

Since 2007 the Cadix route brings the follower to unknown parts of the City of Antwerp as well as exhibiting art from local artists.

This year the route starts on 'Het Eilandje' (= the little island, a part of Antwerp, north of the city center) and then goes towards the dry docks in the bend of the river Schelde. This part of Antwerp is being and will be completely tranformed in the next few years as part of the redevelopment of the river side/quays.

As it was grey, dark and damp there weren't many people about. In the photo you look towards the old city center and you can just about distinguish the cathedral.
