Beckoning cat...

Some of you may have guessed that I can be a bit superstitious at times

One of my hopes/superstitions is about beckoning cats - I believe that if the left paw is raised it brings money & if its the right paw its friends who will come to your door..........this pewter one sits in my window facing out on the street

I also have a 'friend' one at my door & a jade money one in my purse....friends I have a plenty but the beckoning for money doesn't seem to be working ;-(

Then I read this and now I don't know what to think ;-/
