The 3 Sirens of Cranhill

I spent part of this afternoon in Cranhill. This area of Glasgow is dwarfed by a huge water tower which can be seen from a great distance across the city by day, and now also by night since being illuminated. The enclosure around the tower has been erected to protect these wire sculptures which were created by local artist Andy Scott in 2001.
