Out for a little walk this evening to clear my head, the sky looked awesome as i walked home and just had the time to, nip back with the camera.

A big day tommorrow my first appointment with the counselor, time to face my deepest fears. Quite scared but it is time to start sorting out all the shit in my life and move on.

must remember to charge the ipod, so i can go for a blast on the mountain bike afterwoods. Finding that rideing fast and loud music is good medicine at the moment. just need to do it more.
