Sleep
I used to sleep really well but the older I get, the worse I sleep. The worst night is Sunday or the night before I'm catching an early train.
I don't feel over stressed & mostly I enjoy my job so not sure what's causing it. I probably ought to get home earlier, eat earlier and go to bed earlier!
Anyway, tonight I'm in a hotel for a (very stressful!) work event - and look what I found on the pillow. What a lovely idea - I'm going to give it a try & see if it works. I'll probably oversleep & miss breakfast now ;oD
