The morning constitutional

A cracking end to September. A nice walk with the 'tripe hounds', some kind soul has mowed our path on the common, very nice but i hope nobody else discovers it.

A steady 25 on the bike, just about warm enough for shorts but the knees were creaking at the end.

Off to St Annes by the sea now to catch up with some ex colleagues and sample the delights of the Trawl Boat Inn. Curry and a pint for about £6, that should fill a corner.
