Joe was a figure that lived in the house next to Thomas. Joe saw the Lost Toys lock Thomas up. So Joe broke him out. After they got away, they talked. Thomas learned that like him Joe had wanted to see the outside. But now Joe had decided to go back inside. So Thomas decided he was going home too. So he said bye to Joe, and started home.
