Garden flowers,..

Had a terrible start to the day when I was out early to buy bread - a car clipped a cat in the street in front of me and the poor thing was screaming in pain. The vision and the sound of the screaming has been with me all day.

The cat took took one or two minutes to die its painful death, and I felt so crap afterwards that I wasn't brave enough to put it out of it's misery before then.
