Too much rain

I had to take pictures in the super market because it is so rainy and windy outside. We have had 21 inches of rain in 4 days! And now we are watching the movie "The Day After Tomorrow" about the beginnings of the new big freeze. I bet I'll have nightmare tonight.

anyway, when did we stop carving pumpkins and start buying them painted? I remember years of childhood carving pumpkins for Halloween. wrist-deep in slimy pumpkin goo and stringy meat is something no child should miss.
