The sun sets so early now because winter is approaching. I didn't take that into consideration today as I traveled on my way to another senior portrait shoot. It was 6:30 and the sun was already starting to disappear...what!? I was also traveling during rush hour. Bad idea. Nevertheless, gives me a reminder that I must set my times earlier or else the sun's going to set on me during a shoot.

Good thing she was very cooperative and wanted to take some piano pictures inside the famous local mall called Somerset that I probably blipped before instead of staying outdoors. I decided to take some pictures in the mall itself because the lighting was decent compared to the darkness outside.

This isn't a senior picture necessarily but I really liked the mood I could capture with it. Did some little editing tweaks and voila! I was going to make it look more antique but that filter made the picture lose its deep color, which I like.

Anyway, it's late, but I am DETERMINED to submit my University of Michigan college application tonight with time to get a decent night's sleep. Wish me luck! That submit button is not too far away... :)
