Sun on flax

A quiet day for me. I didn't go to work as I haven't been sleeping well. Whereas other days I felt like I could function ok, today I knew I wasn't going to give my employer value for money.

I've pottered around in the sun doing outside jobs, done a couple of errands along with a trip to the doc. The docs rooms has a 'Contemplation Garden'. I had blip rather than contemplation on my mind. My intention was a macro lensbaby flower shot but the sun on this flax caught my eye. The orange hues were vivid against the green.

Time to create a salad, cook some salmon then catch up on some journals and watch a little rubbish telly.
