Saigon lines

So the trip to Vietnam is almost to an end. We have arrived in Ho Chi Minh last night with it's hustle and bustle, it's torrential warm downpours and flooded streets. As in other Asian cities I have visited, I am always amazed how the wiring is dismayed on the outside...and this capture looks as if the workmen are equally perplexed!
