Not quite wide enough
As scobes pointed out, rainbows are becoming blip's new kittens.
This one was hard to resist, though. Spanning the depths of the Forth to Musselburgh, this one seen from the prom was flawless, though I was going to have to fall backwards head first over a high fence to get the whole thing in.
And once again the big boy photographers appeared from nowhere to join me in the marvelling.
By the time we left the prom - and the Espy and Dalriada - it was unbelievably late and the rainbows were definitely nowhere to be seen.
No pot of gold can be seen however hard you try.
