Day 29: German Railways (from Amsterdam to Bremen)
Day 30: Tag der Fans, Bremen
Day 31: Scandlines (from Bremen to Copenhagen)
Day 32: Stockholm, Sweden
Day 33: Copenhagen, Denmark (Danmark v Deutschland)
Day 34: Malmö, Sweden
Day 35: Hamburg, Germany
Day 36: Munich (again), Germany
Day 37: Luxembourg City, Luxembourg
