Glasgow University

I found myself over in the west end of the city again today - an old stomping ground of mine when I was a computer science undergraduate. The area retains its academic/bohemian atmosphere although there have of course been new flats and bars introduced over the years. One landmark that remains constant is the large gothic building of Glasgow University. I remember in first year, attending lectures in the same theatre that Lord Kelvin taught which really made a big impression on us all.
