Woman waiting, Cafe Miles, Amersfoort

In Amersfoort today, a beautiful town close to Utrecht, and remembering what it means to be a musician. Musicians probably have to wait more than members of any other profession. Hours and hours sometimes. You become really good at it. Arrived here at 12 noon and were driven around town in a rickshaw for half an hour playing music to advertise tonight's gig. Now we're waiting. You can spend a lot of money just waiting. We're onstage tonight at 11.30pm. Looking forward to playing.
