The loss of wisdom

Well, that's it, a date has been set.
After a quick consultation today, it's been decided that my wisdom tooth has to go.

So, on Friday 18th January I will be in the chair & not on the operating table. Not sure how I feel about being awake as they're going to have to take a small piece of bone too and I'm a bit concerned about crunching and sawing noises.
But, since I have a 100% failure to sleep with the one light general anaesthetic I've had, being awake is probably for the best.

My information sheet warns that I will have limited mouth opening afterwards, am sure this will be a great relief to everyone that knows me, not least because I'll not be able to do my fist in my mouth party trick!
