Shiona, his wife, put on the most amazing spread.

Delectable Pork pies from Yorkshire, as recommended by Tom Parker-Bowles, organic free range local chicken ( no we didn't kill any of our 'girls')
and puddings rich enough in cholestrol, to die for.

Plus Shiona's signature dessert .......The Raspberry Ring.

On questioning her it transpired that The Rasberry ring was created from two victoria sponges that went soggy and refused to rise. The middle then was carefully scooped out and put in the bin. Then.............lashings of cream,chocolate sauce and piles of fresh raspberries and jam to complete this culinary delight!!!
