a very chrismasy market

this is the sight around monument. The strange thing is 2 weeks ago a bunch of pristine white marquees shot up and the monthly european market started. Then after the weekend the counsil took away the marquees and put up a bunch of miss matched market stalls and the stall owners from the eu market hung xmass signs and before you could say "clever ploy to part people with yet more of there hard earned cash" before you could say that, we had a christmass market.

im not against having this xmas market it just seems if they had it instead of the euro one rather than aswel it would have been less hastle and wouldnt have made it as obvious that these were the same people you see every month only with a novilty christmas hat on and inflated prices.

ohh and for some strange reason they changed the metro sings from the well recognised yellow to this very odd and rather efeminate pink perhaps some one got the meaning of feastive rong?
