Banana buttermilk brunch

My favourite weekends are those when Callum and Liam don't go to their dads house. I get a chance to be 'nice mummy', freed from the restraints of the school schedule. Today I made Nigellas pancakes which have a banana mashed into them (Must count as one of our 5 a day, particularly with apricot jam?) and were delicious.

We ended the day with pizza, chips and X Factor. A pretty perfect day I reckon.
