Whats down there?

Drive through the birkenhead tunnel every other friday and see this tunnel leading off it.... I always wonder whats down there!!!!

Its not possible to drive down it (legally) so i may never find out.

Maybe when they where digging it out the diggers went the wrong way?

Maybe its a secret passageway?

Maybe its MI5 head qauters?

Who knows?
