The striking nature of this graffiti is not really clear in my picture unfortunately. The context is a fairly run down street in run down and grubby Donegall Street and the brightness against this background is startling. Graffiti with a positive social purpose - who knew?

This is just a few doors up from a piece of installation art which a didn't get a chance to Blip. "Budgie Butlins" was an exhibit that used a vacant shopfront. There were perhaps forty budgies allowed to fly about inside the sealed window area which has small model caravans and holiday homes for them to roost in. It was very novel and lovely in mainly pastel shades. I'm sorry I didn't Blip it.
