Bye for Now...
Not enough hours in the day. And on a Last In, First Out principle, blipping has to go. For a while.
I'd no idea when I started doing this, 68 entries ago, just how addictive and how necessary it would become. I look at things differently. The visual world is framed as I walk through it. An ordinary day, an ordinary street, has its elements assessed photographically as it unfolds. Everything, if you are in the frame of mind that blip brings you, is a picture. And that has enriched my life. So thanks, Diesel Daisy, for bringing me here.
But I need to get on and write the first draft of this book, so it's Bye For Now. I will likely be back. I will likely be lurking. (That's me in the shadowy part of the picture, watching you).
Thanks all for your friendship. See you in 2008, once I've emerged from the other end of the story of the Salter family, and their secrets, written by a boy thought to be dead.
It's slightly too early for this, but Happy Christmas everybody! And every good wish for a happy, healthy, wealthy, stimulating, energising, blippy new year.
