Any old iron?

It's a known fact in my circle that I try and avoid ironing whenever possible by smoothing and folding.

However, the doctor has told me that I can't avoid the other kind of iron any more so I'm investigating solutions. Hmmm. Lamb's liver, rump steak and black pudding are not grabbing my attention so I've resorted to leafy loveliness this evening.

Tomorrow I must check out the benefits of irn bru.
