4 U Blu

Left home at four thirty this morning, got to our hotel in Split at six thirty. We drove from Dubrovnik, taking in some incredible coastal and mountain scenery on the way: The blue shadows of the mountains, backlit by the fading light of day, one range after another with storms breaking over them here and there. Superb.

Needless to say, we didn't stop for photos. This job can be so frustrating but at the same time, I feel lucky to been there at just the right moment.

We are staying at the Radisson Blu, which is very Scandinavian minimalist. Cool.
