Thursday Thoughts....

A sunset, some birds singing their last song for the day, my boys rolling over each other in the grass, the sound of the t.v. from the open window.....

I am tired today. It has been a busy and trying week at work and some of the issues affecting our wallets are keeping me from sleeping well.

The boys greeted me at the gate of my work and we walked home taking turns pushing my bike over the footpath. It felt like Friday and I got a heavy feeling in my stomach realising there is still Friday to work.
I am enjoying my job here but I have obviously not found my 'dream job' as it feels like just a job. I wonder what it would feel like to jump out of your bed each day and be genuinely excited about the job you do. I have had jobs where that was the case for a while but after the 'honey moon' it ended up to be 'just another job'.

Now I shall stop complaining as at least I have a job to go to, I know....
