beth and her pal amy (10) have spent the last half an hour looking up the f-word in the dictionary and getting side tracked by lots of funny words on the way...they are laughing like maniacs - and who am I to stop them? when I asked beth where she had heard that word, she said 'teenagers' - I was half expecting her to say 'gran' hahaha, kidding.

anyway, these two gals both passed their cycling proficiency today - so beware of two mad cyclists tearing round meldrum...but hopefully not saying the f-word like those terrible phantom teenagers.
