Pembroke Castle

Its been a busy week this week, with a day at Milford Haven Refinery carrying out a Customs Test on their petrol vapours, then the same again at Pembroke Refinery. A simple task you may ask.... Set up the equipment the day before, turn up at silly o'clock to start the test.... and enjoy a good book whilst the test is being done.

Not at Pembroke, which has now been named Pembroken. Spent a day and a half trying to fix it, but to no avail. So, what does a man do when tired of working: Go out and play.

Pembroke has a rather nice castle, which was just crying out for a blip. This photo was merged in Photoshop from 3 different photos of different exposures. The reflection wasn't as ripple free as I would have hoped, but I will be back in that neck of the woods again once the parts for the unit arrive. Also, I do believe that there's plenty more photo opportunities waiting for me. This job could be quite good in the coming months.
