Another flower of the moment

It was lovely to meet up with Sandcastle Holidays today in person. I was eagerly waiting to see which of her lovely blips she has posted today - nothing there yet!

A very busy day, I went into the garden to wind down a little and to take a picture of this lovely Lychnis which has been flowering its socks off all summer - all you need to do is to keep dead heading.
