Excused

A bouquet of flowers was my excuse today to have some variety to my morning commuting. So I stepped out from the tube one station early to have a look at the marketplace in the morning. Nice and sunny but quite empty. Those few around looked relaxed and unhurried.

I wish I could have stayed for a cup of coffee but I was running late. Typical. At least my colleagues were delighted by the flowers.
