profiteroles!

So, following on from Mrs BH's unfortunate incident with the oven door, the insurance fitter came today and installed the new oven. It's a bit of saga, but the oven is in place (for now) and fully functioning. And to prove it, I made my first ever profiteroles (yet another one of those "I think I can do that" things, and yes, I can do that!)
