Froggy

Another busy day today. Long run at 6am as part of my half marathon training and then a 90 minute drive to Al Ain for Ben's first match of the season - a lot of driving for a 30 minute rugby match. Things improved later as we had the first BBQ of the season (still can't get used to having to wait until October for it to be just cool enough to eat outside of an evening!) and then a quick swim.
