Testing dark shooting

On today's evening walk I took test photos of iPhone4 and Ixus 130 - even though iPhone4 was as good in daylight, here the result was clear. A proper camera is still better when there's little light, phone's hdr-option did even worse result as there was very much noise.

Here's the result of Ixus directly without any tuning.

But let's see if that's enough for carrying Ixus with me or should I settle for the one that I can also use for calling, surfing, playing, reading, listening music and navigating... That is the question.
