all my good intentions of having a healthy start to the weekend are swept away, as consequence of a long day at work, followed by the zombie dodging hell that is the weekend shop at ASDA.

so, to hell with it! i'm having a big plate of greasy 'sassiges' and washing it down with lots of luvverly booze.

i shall do penance on the gym tomorrow!
