Night chair

Today we had some folk round to view the house for the 4th time. They've drawn plans of it, measured up for their furniture and made it very clear that they are in love with the house and have to have it.

All good.

Except they want to price chip us.

Hmmm. Wonder who's got the best bargaining position?

Anyway, it got to be quite late and I had no blip. So here's a chair on the terrace, lit by the light from the living room.
