Legal Tender.....

Using my new 60mm Macro lens for the first time, could not think of anything to take until this little fellow came along. A £2 coin blipped to death to find the correct setting in which to get the best out of the lens.
It's not as sharp as I wuld have liked, but if I get it sharper then I lose some DOF, anyone got any ideas? All suggestions are welcomed.
