Fire and Failures

Several recipes for blipfailure:

1) Decide that you want a lookalike foto of your niece, looking like "toby" from labyrinth. Decide this when it is a) dark and b) the child is very active. This will result in lots of fuzzy (even with f/1.8) pictures because of movement, and lots of sharp fotos that are just not interesting because the one that was interesting wasn't all that sharp.

2) Make some test shots of uninteresting things, just to play with light, under/over exposure etc, and figure later that "wow, this is top material for HDR"!. a) not it is not, uninteresting shots don't become interesting because you want it, and b), using 10 shots @ 9mb each, working in lightroom and photoshop, listening to winamp while browsing, may take up just a bit of memory. Making a HDR off of said images will be.. slow. ow, and the shot will be boring.

3) find a fire-picture. not the most interesting to tell about, but the least failing image. but be sure to upload it the next day, so no one will notice it!

And i still have to make todays shot...anywho...
