Hockey Night

Our good friends C & A took us to our first Spokane Chiefs hockey game. They are in the Western Hockey League with 5 teams in the USA and 17 in western Canada.

The players are young (high school age to 20) and they hope to be drafted by an NHL team.

The Goose and I don't know much about hockey, but it is one of the major sports over here in Spokane besides college basketball, so I at least will learn more and probably go to more games.

It was fun, and the Chiefs beat the Tri City Americans in overtime 5-4.
