Whooper Swan

Our Whooper Swan is back on the Loch. Not sure when he/she arrived but it was lovely to see today. He/She appeared from the rushes as we were walking past and followed us up to the end of the loch, with an odd whoop here and there. Not sure if he/she remembers us from last year, but he/she didn't seem at all bothered that we were there. I was hoping that there would be more than one of them this year, but it's early yet so you never know.

Weather is just beautiful with not a cloud in the sky. Stayed out for ages just pottering around - I'm thinking a wooden bench would be very nice to sit on though :)
