Birthday Walk.

A cracking day in the Northern Lake District to celebrate a friend's 70th birthday. Walked from Mungrisdale along the Glenderamackin river, up onto Blencathra summit and back via Scales fell and Souther fell.

Mulled wine, birthday cake and Champers on the walk and then a very pleasant hour in the pub at Ings.

The weather was a disappointment but the company was fantastic. Age range 19 to 80.
